Third Reich NSV Porcelain Disc # 1139
This piece is manufactured of a white porcelain and then colored and
would most likely would have been attached to a door of a home.

NSV which was the National Socialist Welfare Organization during the
Third Reich and was established in 1933. The organization was quite
large and handled many different areas of social welfare until it was
abolished in 1945.
