The hole has been neatly, tailor stitched to prevent fraying. Two loops for the 1939 spange to the 1914 EKI located above the hole. and three sets of loops below.
A period photo of Becker (two included in grouping) clearly shows the 1914 wound badge which would have occupied one set of these loops; no doubt a Panzer Assault badge would have been affixed to another set of loops. Screw back iron cross with large, backing washer and nut included in sale. There are six loops above the left breast pocket for a long ribbon bar. 1939 spange to the 1914 EKII and Russian front ribbon are sewn at the second buttonhole and the right breast pocket features a pair of loops to accomodate the German Cross. Interior is lined in artificial silk, with interior pocket and dagger slit.
Condition: Near mint. There is some very minor staining on a limited area of the back
of the jacket (shown in photos); sleeve lining of left sleeve loose at
top.
