Prewar cast bronze figure of the famous Berliner Bear on it's original marble base with foil retailer label still attached to the underside of the base..This bronze bear stands just about 10" tall including the two-piece variegated marble base. The Berliner bear was the symbol the the Third Panzer Division, headquartered in Berlin. The piece is in excellent condition in every way with no loss to the rich brown-green patina and no chips or damage to the base.
