Hermann Goring Formal Dinnerware- Salad Plate # 1414
This is part of the large grouping of dinnerware I picked up last week with the full description and details here.
These
are the formal salad plates and they measure 7 inches in diameter. Each
plate is in beautiful condition and will not disappoint.
The
porcelain is of exceptional quality and was manufactured by the firm of
Richard Ginori for Hermann Goring's 50th birthday. The Ginori firm is
still in business to this day and was established in 1763 and is
collectible in its own right.
The porcelain is a pale blue with
the Reichmarschall's insignia featuring the large golden Adler with
crossed batons, hand painted reliefs to exterior edges in gold and blue
and gold highlights.
Each
setting or piece I send out will be accompanied by various copies of
the provenance that was obtained with the pieces from the veterans
family.
