This would appear to be a collection box for the National Socialist Welfare Organization and it is very nice and not a typical collection piece at all.

The NSV was established in 1933 and it would not surprise me at all if this were real early and have never seen one quite like it. Piece is manufactured of oak and has 8 individual hand carved panels in its construction. Two panels to the left and right bear the swastika and the front and rear bear the remaining 6 panels depicting the NSV organizational logo and the symbol of the cradle with the heart. 

Four individual feet are tacked to the base and has a lock to the front and a retainer to the interior lid manufactured of the typical leather type material. The top is tiered and has a slot to slip coins and bills and its just a great piece.

Social Welfare items are not the hottest items in the market but it is extremely difficult to find pieces like this that are one look wonders. Overall measurements on this are about 10 x 5 x 4 and would be a great addition to any collection.
