Cased 3/4 miniature Horster in form fitted case. Dagger measures just over 9 inches outside the scabbard and a very nice example. Blade is a beauty with minor surface hairlines from the scabbard. Dagger has a mint blue leather grip and nice original tight grip wire, white metal fittings that are in mint uncleaned condition. Scabbard has plated metal fittings that would rate mint but uncleaned and have the staple like mounts that one would find on a DLV, shell is metal and has a simulated leather painted pebbled pattern and no flaws to speak of there and it retains its hanging rings.

Box measures approx. 10 x 6 inches and is a black alligator pattern with a pink satin interior top and a form fitted maroon or red wine velvet interior. Exterior of box does show some wear in the form of handling and not perfect, but it is totally sound with a single locking clasp in the front and dual rear hinges. This is the last of three miniatures I have taken from an advanced collector and all of them are exceptional pieces.
