The Himmler presentation Kinderfries given to the mother on the birth of her fourth child is difficult to come by in the market. Featuring the chain of life motif around the circumference and the wording "In der Sippe ew'ger Kette bin ich nur ein Glied" (In the family of the eternal chain, I am only one link). 

The piece is an obvious Diebitsch design with its rolled feet and his tell tale style. Originally manufactured in the very popular and more common model # 89, the presentation model stands much higher to allow room for the eternal chain, and the base bears Himmler's name and dedication. Three of the legs bear the life rune, and the fourth the child's name. 

Dedication in black reads "All best wishes for our people, for your family, for your parents, for you!" H. Himmler.
