No doubt the first presentation piece put into production at the Allach
factory. This piece is considered to be the Holy Grail amongst 3rd Reich
collectors due to both the subject matter and the rarity of the piece
itself. These were given out by Himmler as gifts to influential
personalities within the Reich.
To date, I have observed several in color and several in white. Although the painted pieces are certainly more rare, the un-painted porcelain is quite a beautiful piece as well. Prof. Karner was no doubt the master of Equestrian figures, and this piece does not disappoint.
