This is a new one for me but referenced in Husken. Appears to have been given to women who served for a period of 5 years or proved herself through collections for the NSB. Front displays the motto Dienen En Volharden which translates to "Serve and Endure" Pin is what I would call mint and undamaged and pretty rare.
