This is a rarer variant of the Meissen bottger b97b winter relief plaque. Larger size plaque measuring over 6 inches tall and about 4 1/2 inches wide. The piece is double marked front and rear for the firm of Meissen and for the 1933-34 winter relief program and bears a framed border as opposed to its smaller variant which is flat. Heavy piece and very high quality.
